Anyone aged 8 and up can use our facilities. For our younger beginners, we recommend avoiding peak times at the lift. In some cases, starting with a kneeboard or waterskis is also a good idea. Our beginner courses are very helpful and give every novice more confidence.
Generally, no prior experience is necessary. At the ticket office, you’ll receive an instructional video and sign our terms and conditions. Life jackets are mandatory and provided free of charge. Helmets, wakeboards, wakeskates, and water skis are available for rent at any time.
Our opening hours vary depending on the month and may change in bad weather. Updates are also available on our Instagram & Facebook pages. The season starts at the beginning of April. We only operate the lift with a minimum of 3 people.
The lift can be reserved exclusively for one or two hours in the morning and the last hour in the evening. Reserved times are listed on our website and on Facebook (Wakeboardlift Vienna). Please keep these times in mind when you visit.
Throughout the season, we offer guided courses. No prior experience is necessary for our Beginner & Just4Kids (ages 8-16) courses. Just bring your swimsuit, a towel, and a good mood… we’ll take care of the rest!
Have you already booked a course with us and now want to learn your first tricks? Then join our Advanced courses. The prerequisite for this course is the ability to confidently ride a track.
All registrations are available online through our website.
Lift rentals can only be reserved on weekdays, in the morning or evening, for one or two hours. During this time, the lift is reserved exclusively. Group offers are a discounted rate for groups of 10 to 20 people and are available during normal operating hours. Lift rentals and group offers must be booked at least three days in advance.
The lift operates at 28-31 km/h during regular service. This speed is suitable for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and kneeboarding. New to our facility or not yet experienced? Then join us for our “Slow Hours,” held daily during the first hour of operation (except Sundays and public holidays). During this hour, we operate at 25-27 km/h, making starts and turns easier. Everyone is welcome. No prior registration is necessary.
